Before writing me an email, please check my FAQ to see if your question can be answered. My inbox is often flooded with questions that are already answered there, & I may not have time to reply to all of them as I am just one person. If your question can be answered by checking my FAQ, I may not reply. It’s not personal, I just have to prioritize how I spend my time as I am the sole member of this business! I also cannot prioritize emails with single statements like, “I have a question.” Please go ahead & ask your question in the first correspondence if it cannot be answered by my FAQ. :) Thank you so much for being considerate of my time & workload! Many times, my replies are sent to spam & people follow up thinking they haven’t heard back from me.
