I use the United States Postal Service as my shipping provider because it allows me to offer competitive pricing and excellent service. Once you finalize your purchase, you will receive a prompt email confirmation of your order. Your tracking number will also be provided via email upon shipment of your order. I am able to ship internationally, but cannot be held accountable for any additional customs fees or duties that may apply!

Please keep in mind that although I strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, it may take up to 2 weeks for me to process and ship your order in some cases.  I am just one person! I truly appreciate your patience. If you have questions about the status of your order, please feel free to contact me.


Return policy

It’s very important to me that you are completely happy with your purchase from Wicked Wire Crafts. I am so fortunate to be able to create and sell products that I love, and I aim to share that passion with my customers.

Because of this commitment, I have a 7 day return policy on all products except any customized items such as rings. Simply contact me within 7 days of delivery to notify me of your decision, and I will let you know where to send your return. Your return must be shipped within 14 days of delivery.

I will process your refund as soon as I have received and inspected the item.

Note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Should you wish to "cancel" a recently placed order, please let me know immediately, and I will happily stop your order as long as it has not yet shipped.


Lost or damaged items

If you suspect that your package got lost in the mail, please contact me.  We can work together with USPS using your tracking number to try and locate it. It is not uncommon for packages to be delayed due to improper scanning or sorting by USPS.  However, if your tracking information states that the package was delivered to your address, I cannot be held responsible for its whereabouts. 

I am not responsible for damages that occur while your order is in transit, or after your order is delivered. For orders over $100, I add insured shipping. If your item is lost in the mail or arrives damaged, you can concat me & I will open a claim with the insurace provider. If the claim is accepted, I will be able to issue a refund or replace the item.

Please double check your shipping address at checkout! I cannot be held accountable for items mailed to the wrong address.
